Read Revelation 7 The Great Multitude

Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. (Revelation 7:15-17 NKJV)

In heaven, the redeemed enjoy the immediate presence of God. They can come right into the throne room and be with God. Heaven is not only a place of rest from earthly toil but also a place of privileged service.

God will dwell with His people. This is the ultimate fulfillment of King Davids great desire, One thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple. (Psalm 27:4) This great and glorious God shall keep us for all eternity.

Jesus is seated on the throne yet He is personal towards us by providing whatever we are needed. How often we weep in this life! We weep over our sin. We weep over the sin of others. We weep over the brokenness in our lives. We weep over the brokenness in the lives of others. We weep when we go through trial. We weep when we lose a loved one. We weep at the grave of our loved ones. How often we weep! think of it! God Himself reaching forth, touching your eyes, and wiping away your tears, wiping them away so completely that there shall be no more tears to cry! You shall weep no more!

Prayer: Lord I long to dwell in Your presence. You are on the throne and having all power and authority to do according to Your pleasure. We shall be eternally saved and provided for by Your presence.
