Charles Tan

President

Charles was saved in 1967, and was involved in pioneering church works in Malaysia and Singapore until his enlistment into National Service. He received God's call to enter ministry during his second year in law school. He then went to Singapore Bible College, and since his graduation in 1981 served as a senior pastor for 25 years in the Assemblies of God before joining the pastoral staff of Hinghwa Methodist Church from 2006 until the present. Charles is married for over 40 years to Deborah. They have two married children and four grandchildren.

Abraham Sim

Vice-President

Abraham Sim has been serving in NOVO Singapore since 2006. He worships and serves in World Revival Prayer Fellowship. He loves the journey that God has given to each of his children believing that each journey is unique and called according to His purpose. He is a student of leadership and mentoring and loves to walk with fellow believers along this journey through the facilitation offered in NOVO Singapore.

Joshua Shoo

Joshua Shoo considers God's saving grace in his life as his greatest motivation for making Him and His remarkable purposes known to all people. Scientist and civil-servant turned pastor of ACTS Baptist Church, Joshua enjoys applying intellect to faith and experiencing God amidst nature. He is married to fellow ‘PK' (pastor's kid) and tender-hearted daughter-in-Christ, May.

Lin HuiHui

Secretary

HuiHui joined CRMS' Focusing Leaders Network in 2016 to discover God's calling in her life. She was so blessed by it, she later joined CRMS' facilitators training to help others through the process. She is passionate about helping others discover their God-given calling, and knowing God more through His Word. She is currently serving in Youth With A Mission, Singapore.

Nicholas Ng

Nicholas Ng worships at New Horizon Church. A Christian for more than 30 years, he had served as a youth advisor and has been serving in the children's ministry for many years. He firmly believes that mentoring & coaching is very important to advancing the kingdom of God. At work, he has been managing information-communication and technology systems in SPS for many years.

Shoo How Beng

How Beng is a mechanical engineer turned pastor. He pastored for over 3 decades and then decided to invest his life and time to help others discover their life's purpose, to intentionally pursue it so as to finish well. He does this by being an encourager and provides coaching to help them finish well in life. He has been with NOVO Singapore since its inception in 2001 and continues to be an active facilitator. His passionately facilitates Focusing Leaders Network (FLN); Focus Living Seminar (FL) and Coaching for Life.

Andy Lim

Andy was a pastor for 22 years with the Salvation Army, and has been a full-time staff mentoring younger leaders and serving under NOVO Singapore since 2007. He is married to Serene and they help to lead The Going Church. His two children are young adults now. He is passionate about leadership development, sports ministry and his family, all for the glory of God.

Wu Shen Kong

Wu Shen Kong joined NOVO Singapore as a facilitator and coach in 2005. His passion is to use mentoring, peer mentoring and facilitation processes to help others to strengthen their relationship with God. Through the ministry, he finds himself a major beneficiary of these processes. He worships in St John's-St Margaret's Church.

John Lim

John is a ICF Professional Certified leadership/career/life coach and coach trainer. His passion is to empower others to reach their potential and live a purposeful life for God. With 30 years of corporate and ministry experience under his belt, John served with Leadership Development International Training (LDiT) as Director of Coaching in China. He is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, and an experienced team facilitator, corporate trainer, and curriculum developer. John and his wife Song are Navigator alumni and in-house coaches of Covenant EFC. They founded Excelsis Coaching Asia to provide Christian Coaching training and coaching services for missionaries, spiritual leaders, Business-As-Mission (BAM) leaders and people undergoing life/career transitions.
