Charles Tan

President

President since 2013, was saved in 1967 in Bethel. He was involved in pioneering church works in the early 1970s in Malaysia and Singapore until his enlistment into National Service. He received God's call to enter the ministry while pursue it his tertiary education. He went to Singapore Bible College, and since his graduation in 1981 served as senior pastor in the Assemblies of God churches before joining the pastoral staff of Hinghwa Methodist Church from 2006 until 2015. He now worships with his wife, Deborah married since 1976 serving together voluntarily in pastoral and mission respectively. They have two married children and four grandchildren. His passion is on writing and spiritual intimacy with God, mentoring leaders and enjoys grand-parenting roles.

Abraham Sim

Vice-President

Abraham Sim has been serving in NOVO Singapore since 2006. He worships and serves in World Revival Prayer Fellowship. He loves the journey that God has given to each of his children believing that each journey is unique and called according to His purpose. He is a student of leadership and mentoring and loves to walk with fellow believers along this journey through the facilitation offered in NOVO Singapore.

Lin HuiHui

Secretary

HuiHui joined CRMS' Focusing Leaders Network in 2016 to discover God's calling in her life. She was so blessed by it, she later joined CRMS' facilitators training to help others through the process. She is passionate about helping others discover their God-given calling, and knowing God more through His Word. She is currently serving in Youth With A Mission, Singapore.

Nicholas Ng

Treasurer

Nicholas Ng worships at New Horizon Church. A Christian for more than 30 years, he is a board member & has been serving in the children's ministry for more than 20 years. He has been blessed by the mentoring & spiritual formation training received at NOVO and uses it for his spiritual journey with God, mentoring and coaching in church & his community. At work, he has been handling information-communication and technology related work in SPS for many years.

Shoo How Beng

Shoo How Beng is a mechanical engineer turned pastor. He pastored for over 3 decades and then decided to invest his life and time to help others discover their life's purpose and to intentionally pursue it so as to finish well in our Lord. He joined CRMS (now NOVO Singapore) to enhance his passion to walk alongside people to know their calling and to finish well in the Lord. He does this by being an encourager and coaching through Focusing Leaders Network (FLN). He has been with NOVO Singapore since its inception in 2001 and continues to be an active facilitator and member of Acts Baptist Church. His continues in his passion by adapting the materials of Focusing Leaders Network (FLN); Focus Living Seminar (FL) and Coaching to meet the challenges of today to finish well.

Andy Lim

Andy was a pastor for 22 years with the Salvation Army, and has been a full-time staff mentoring younger leaders and serving under NOVO Singapore since 2007. He is married to Serene and they help to lead The Going Church. His two children are young adults now. He is passionate about leadership development, sports ministry and his family, all for the glory of God.

John Lim

John is a ICF Professional Certified leadership/career/life coach and coach trainer. His passion is to empower others to reach their potential and live a purposeful life for God. With 30 years of corporate and ministry experience under his belt, John served with Leadership Development International Training (LDiT) as Director of Coaching in China. He is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, and an experienced team facilitator, corporate trainer, and curriculum developer. John and his wife Song are Navigator alumni and in-house coaches of Covenant EFC. They founded Excelsis Coaching Asia to provide Christian Coaching training and coaching services for missionaries, spiritual leaders, Business-As-Mission (BAM) leaders and people undergoing life/career transitions.

James Lo

James Lo worships at Church of our Saviour. He is passionate life coach and mentor, dedicated in helping people to gain clarity of their God given life purpose and potential through the understanding of their background, strengths, interests and options. He serves locally and in mission field. He was in Sales and Marketing profession for the MNC since 1980s. He married and blessed with three adult children and two grand children.

Samuel Heng

Pastor Samuel Heng has dedicated approximately 18 years to serving as an Assistant Pastor at Herald AOG Church, now known as New Horizon Church. His spiritual passion for a deeper understanding of God has driven him to engage in a variety of informal training sessions, seminars, conferences, discipleship programs, and spiritual retreats. In addition to his local ministry, Pastor Heng has participated in numerous short-term mission trips. Currently, he supports the church on an ad-hoc basis, responding to needs in areas such as discipleship, prayer, and the administration of Holy Communion. Beyond his pastoral duties, Pastor Samuel enjoys traveling, photography, and exploring new interests drawing and music.
