Read I John 3 Loving One another

For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. (I John 3:20 NKJV)

John wrote to encourage the believers to live as children and members of Gods family. The believers will one day reflect the likeness of God through our victory over sin, love for others and confidence before God.

What causes us to feel condemned? Perhaps the tendency of working hard to please God thereby pleasing ourselves. We feel condemned when we dont make the mark. For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? (Romans 7:22-24)

Should we fall into temptation and sinned again we are not condemned. Regardless of our feelings we are still children of God robed in the Righteousness of Christ. "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." (Rom. 8:1)

God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. We simply submit to God our thoughts, feelings and will to Gods greatness and His knowledge and truth. The heart is the seat of our emotion and offspring of life. We put our trust in God not even our heart for it is deceitful above all things. Place God's word of promises above our emotion. We therefore have free and confidence in our relationship and fellowship with Him in prayer, words and deeds.

We have confidence with God when we acknowledge how much He loves us, Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. (I John 3:21) Who shall bring a charge against Gods elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. (Romans 8:33-34)

Prayer: Lord, I am never condemned for You are greater than what and how I felt. Your righteousness mine is what You have imputed that lies my confidence in receiving what I what
