Read Ezekiel 47 The River of Life

And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes. (Ezekiel 47:9 NKJV)

It was my passion to conduct and implement Evangelism Explosion in my church. In the face of difficulty; this passage was a great assurance of Gods approval.

Ezekiel received a vision of the water streaming forth and life comes about as it touches is a picture of revival. First, the source was from the temple - the place of substitution, sacrifice, redemption and reconciliation. What a picture of Christ!

Second, the stream from the temple, is inexhaustible, a continual supply. Miraculously supplied without tributaries feeding it. Picture of the Spirit flowing from Christ. He breath on the disciples the Holy Spirit (John 7:37-39). It begins with ankle to the kneel, speaking of prayer; then to loin - the place of strength and power. It reaches where no man can cross - being carried and led. Man is powerless unless empowered by God. Whenever we are dry; we can drink. Victorious as with small beginning and grow larger. (Ezekiel

Finally, the satisfaction as every living thing whether be men, beasts or sea creatures came alive where it flows. For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring; They will spring up among the grass Like willows by the watercourses. (Isaiah

But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. (Revelation

Prayer: Lord I desire that river flows through my life. So overwhelming that where I go there is the way others are blessed because of the stream they are receiving.
