Read Isaiah 55 Fruits through Repentance

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11 NKJV)

The people of Judah were in captivity. They have lost hope even on the promises. Prophet Isaiah gave an analogy of natural effect of water regarding Gods promises. The rain and snow eventually do return to heaven where it came from. However, it would have accomplished their purpose on earth before that. Just as rain that comes down will naturally water the earth causing the seed of the sower to bud and result in harvest bringing food so is God's word sends from heaven (Isaiah 55:10).

The promises of God shall have their full accomplishment in due time, and not one iota or title of them shall fail. It does not return to Him void. Blessed be the LORD, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. (I Kings 8:56).

The word from God that is directed to certain things and those things shall prosper and be successful for which He intended. He didn't speak in unfathomable mysteries just to blow our minds, or confuse us, or leave things up to any possible interpretation.

Just as He spoke creation took place. The same for recreation. because All flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, And its flower falls away, But the word of the LORD endures forever. Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you. (1Peter 1:24-25). These promises of mercy and grace shall have as real an effect upon the souls of believers, for their sanctification and comfort, as ever the rain had upon the earth, to make it fruitful. What God has spoken will come to pass.

We can fall back in the power of His word. Prepare it diligently, preach it sincerely, practise it faithfully and seeing the effect.

Prayer: Lord You speak to every situation that will bring You pleasure. Grant that I am Your mouth piece to speak life and victory over sin, sicknesses and sufferings Knowing Your word shall accomplish what it is end forth and not return to You void.
