Read Isaiah 26 Song of Salvation and Hope

You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength. (Isaiah 26:3-4 NKJV)

Gods part and our part. Perfect peace, in Hebrew. Shalom Shalom. Double portion meaning we have more than we need. It is not absence of trials. I I have numerous occasions of experiencing the unexplainable peace that comes from God. This peace is perfect. Shalom as wholeness.

Stay our mind on God. The source of peace is God Himself. He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). He embraces us with Himself and that's where we are kept in peace. [Like the Dove hidden in the cave remaining calm while there is thunderstorms outside] It's keeping our minds on the Lord. As we dwell on His act because of His character and attributes; we are comforted that all work ultimately for His glory. The peace Jesus gave prevails in midst of tribulation (John 14:27). It is within us.

It comes through our trust in the LORD. It involves committing to Him all our burden (1Peter 5:7), Pray right away with thanksgiving instead of carrying the burden. Practise faith-based prayer Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

Trust includes our acknowledgment of God in all His ways not leaning on your understanding (Pro. 3:4-5) But seek first His Kingdom (Matthew 6:33) Accommodate to the situation (Philippians 4:11-12) without comparison, competition and complain. Accepting discipline (Hebrews 12:11)

For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength. Jireh The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe. (Proverbs 18:10)

Prayer: Lord, You are my Peace. Whatever stage I am it's You that's my focus and thus I live in the Peace. I long more for Your presence than seeking for my provision.
