Read Isaiah 6 Commissioning of Isaiah

And one cried to another and said: Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory! (Isaiah 6:3 NKJV)

King Uzziah whom Isaiah had great admiration. After his death, Isaiah received a vision of the Lord. Here in this vision, we see Isaiah consciousness, conviction, confession, commission and consecration.

Isaiahs consciousness. He saw the Lord high and lifted up and His presence filled the temple. He became conscious of Gods holiness of God as he heard the cry of the angels cried. Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; refer to each of the personalities of the Godhead. God is seen as the Holy One. The One apart from all else. None can compare. His holiness behind that love, power, knowledge and mercy. The whole earth is full of His glory - Everything God created as we observed can only reflect the glory of God (Psalm 19:1)

Isaiahs confession of his sinfulness. The holiness of God reflects the stage he is as he sees himself e as unclean. He was not judgmental of others but sees himself just as the people are.

Isaiahs cleansing. He experiences God's cleansing and forgiveness when one of the angels touched his lips with a live coal saying his iniquity is taken away. When Isaiah is restored, his vision for the lost and receptiveness to the voice of God become inevitable.

Isaiahs commissioning, God having cleansed him now commissions him to go forth and warn the people of their sins and judgement.

Isaiahs consecration. He responded to God's commission to be His mouthpiece. He obeyed even though the people were rebellious. Jesus quoted, "These things Isaiah said when he saw His glory and spoke of Him" (John 12:41)

Prayer: Lord, it's a revelation I have of You because You initiated it. I see who You are and knowing myself through seeing You. I confess of my sinfulness. It's Your cleansing that restore me. You have cobring me restoration and empower me to response today to Your call.
