Read Psalm 92 Giving of Thanks

Those who are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, (Psalms 92:13-14 NKJV)

A song sang in the Sabbath. Moses expresses with thanksgiving as he had seen God's dealing upon his life. In old age, he is still as effective as when he was young. For in old age, one is still as fresh (:10), flourishing (:12-13), fruitful (:14) and faithful (:15).

The house of God is where His presence is in the midst of His people in corporate worship. They that are planted into Christ, and are rooted in Him, and are planted together in the likeness of his death and resurrection; have the graces of the Spirit of God implanted in them, have received the ingrafted word; and, in consequence of all this, are grafted into the olive tree, the church.

They are in the courts of the Lord, where a feast of fat things is provided for them, they eat and feed. As they flourish, they bear the fruits of grace and righteousness, fruitful in every good work shall continue, and go on to do so, and even when they are grown old

They remain fresh as they are full of sap and moisture, abound with green leaves and precious fruit; in other words, abound in grace, and so thrive and flourish; the allusion is to fat and flourishing palm trees

Prayer: Lord, as I am anchored in You. You are my refreshing and root. I have and will continue to flourish, fruitful and faithful even in old age in the midst of Your people.
