Read Matthew 28 The Risen Christ

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen. (Matthew 28:18-20 NKJV)

Jesus came to His disciples after His resurrection. He shown them what God, the Father had promised and done for and through Him.

Christ has all the authority Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)

It is not a job, but reproducing ourselves. This means we have to be disciples ourselves as like produces like. We can only lead where we have gone. All nations refer to all ethnics group in the world. Not geographical or political boundaries. The purpose of mission - make disciples not institutions.

Jesus provides the steps of disciplining. It follows Jesuss footsteps as He was baptised so shall we; symbolic of His death, burial of the old nature and resurrection with Him in the newness of life. in making disciples, Next, we bring them to the place where the truth thats whatever Christ has taught are caught more than taught, experiences than knowledge. Its transformation of their lives to that of Christ likeness. This truly gives us meaning and purpose in life is the fact we know we live to be witnesses of the great living God who gave Himself for us and all mankind so as to bring all mankind to the likeness of His Son. He promised us of His presence in this Mission we are committed not just for a season but throughout our live here on earth.

The promise of His presence is assured because we are on His mission. His presence means protection, power and peace will reminds us and with us to fulfil this great command.

Prayer: Lord Knowing the authority You have and I am commissioned with the promise of Your presence; I can confidently confess Your Name as I go about making disciples to whoever You let me, baptising them, teaching them Your command for Your glory.
