Formerly CRMS (Church Resource Ministries Singapore) was registered in Singapore in 2003 led by James Creasman. We are part of an international fraternity of ministries that was born in the US (previously known as CRM, US) in 1980. With the change of name in US to NOVO, we follow suit. As linked to US, Novo (US Website) we are thus internationally being connected as well.

Our Mission

At Novo, our mission is to help God-appointed leaders clarify their calling and direction through various processes, foster encounters with Jesus, and support them as a faith community in fulfilling their God-ordained purposes and callings for their lives.

Our Vision

We envision movements of fresh, authentic churches and ministries led by godly leaders with a passion for their world, compelled to multiply their lives and ministries, and to birth apostolic mentoring teams in Singapore and beyond.

Our Values

Character formation is our emphasis. The heart of our ministry is character formation - more leaders more like Christ. Relationship is our means of influence. Our primary methodology is creating empowering relationships - leaders building leaders. Mission in unique calling is the outcome. Empowerment results in greater vision and effectiveness in reaching the world. Spiritual Passion is what drives us and guides us. In everything we do, we desire God's will in God's way for God's glory above everything else.

Our Ministry Mode

We have a three-pronged approach to serving churches. First is through evangelism through loving our communities and sharing the gospel through Bible Discovery. Second in discipleship through focusing leaders, spiritual discovery and coaching. Third in leadership development by providing resources and strategic planning.
