We have a three-pronged approach to serving churches. First is through evangelism through loving our communities and sharing the gospel through Bible Discovery. Second in discipleship through focusing leaders, spiritual discovery and coaching. Third in leadership development by providing resources and strategic planning as the Lord enables.
About Novo
As we are affiliated with CRM(US) we have been blessed through their support in term of manpower and resources besides staying in touch through the yearly international conferences, CoNext. CRM(US) has changed its name to NOVO meaning “Make New”. US has invited those countries using CRM the option to follow. The committee has discussed the matter and unanimously agreed for its change in 2020.
The change of the name of CRMS to NOVO provides emphasis to be missional. A transition from pastoral ministry to local outreach / missional ministry involvement in gospel movements. CRMS will have 2 healthy dimensions of Biblical ministry:
- ministering to believers i.e., leaders in transition
- ministering to non-believers i.e., building gospel movements
SPIRITUAL FORMATION DISCOVERY EVENT:
We conducted Spiritual Formation Discovery event with Imago Christi. This was a joint project with Zion Bible Presbyterian Church
THE "STRATEGIZING WITH GOD" EVENT:
Thirty-five leaders from eleven churches, ministries and businesses devoted three days to seek God in strategic planning through listening prayer for their personal lives, ministries and business. Novo's trainer Keith Uebele equipped and guided participants through the prayer-filled Northstar process that allowed each leadership team to collaboratively hear God speak from their unique history and reveal His compelling four-year vision for them. Encouraged by God's sovereign provision of the right mix of gifted people already placed in every team, each church and organisation were spiritually emboldened to embark on five God-instructed, concrete steps toward their respective visions. Keith dedicated two further days to consultation and coaching with leaders, and participants gave exceedingly positive feedback of how this week had made a significant, timely contribution to their personal development and organisational progress.
FOCUSING LEADERS NETWORKS [August 2020 to Jun 2021]
Two networks were conducted and spearheaded by How Beng.
FLN 7 from 8th August 2020 to 27th February 2021. Names of the seven participants: Angeline, Jaslyn Ng, Evelyn, Lim Cheng Lok, Solomon Huang, Stephen Goh Teck Beng and Ayako Morioka. The 4 facilitators were: Shoo How Beng (lead facilitator) Abraham Sim, Wu Shen Kong, and Lin Huihui (intern) .

MPOWER SESSION [January to July 2021]
US Novo invited us to participate in their leadership training, “MPower” which commenced from January and ends on July. Charles, How Beng, Shen Kong, John Lim and Joshua Shoo participated in the training which encompasses a monthly international meeting, a mid-monthly interactions workshop locally besides reading materials in preparation. The topics covered were:

- Hearing God
- Inner Healing Prayer
- Physical Healing
- Royal Priesthood
- Reclaiming Territory
- Gospel Movements
